On Tuesday 25th March, I had the pleasure of taking Mrs Reed ‘s wonderful Year 7 Netball Team to the Netball borough tournament at Highlands.

The year 7's played so well, they only lost one game in their group which was against Highlands. As you can imagine, they were singing and dancing all over the place with excitement, they had made it to the semi finals!!!

In the semi finals they were up against the well respected, Latymer.........And oh yes, they WON! FINALS here we come. Once again we had the pleasure of facing, Highlands.  Yet, unfortunately after a long and tough fight, we lost. Highlands have a huge reputation in the borough for their Netball and I felt honoured that our girls are right up their behind them, putting the pressure on and standing out in the borough for all the right reasons. A number of teachers at the event commented on how nice they thought it was to see Nightingale up there in the finals and how often they see them at fixtures/tournaments.

Well done to Mrs Reed for your excellent coaching, the year 7 girls and the wonderful PE department who have built up this AMAZING reputation.
