Entry requirements: General  vocational entry requirements plus a  5 in English Language







 What will you study?

· develop practical application of vocational skills: for example, by producing a media product to a brief and developing production skills (in filmmaking, radio production, desktop publishing, web or games design)

 

· Digital Moving Image Production requires an understanding of sound which can be explored in more detail by linking to Unit 4: Digital Audio Production.


How will you be taught? Students will be using up-to-date and relevant teaching materials that make use of scenarios and case studies relevant to the scope and variety of employment opportunities available in the sector.


Where can English Literature lead you? The qualification can give learners the potential opportunity to progress to  employment, or progress within employment in a wide range of job roles across the creative digital media sectors, for example photographer’s assistant, sound recordist, editorial assistant, junior web designer and games tester.
