These include how  businesses are managed, their strategies for success and how they deal with the ever-changing  business  environment. The main emphasis is on the application of knowledge to practical business  situations.  The course covers a wide range of issues including business start-ups and growth, marketing,  managing people and the impact of international trade. Teaching is based on current events placing a premium on up-to-date issues, which are accessible to students.
